Terms and refund policy

Demo classes

• Free group demo: on the dates we publish on the booking form, while seats are left. It costs nothing and doesn't commit you to anything.
• Personal demo at your own time: a one-to-one session for the fee shown on the booking form. We confirm the time with you first and share payment details only after that. If we can't hold the session at the confirmed time, we reschedule it or refund you in full.

Course fees

The fee, batch timings, course length and what's included (books, recordings, Premium) are confirmed to you in writing on WhatsApp or e-mail before you pay. That written confirmation is part of these terms. Fees are in Indian rupees unless we agree otherwise.

Cancellations and refunds

• If we cancel or postpone a batch before it starts and you don't want the new date, you get a full refund.
• If you change your mind before your batch starts, tell us and we'll refund your fee or move you to a later batch, as confirmed in your written fee details.
• Once a batch has started, any refund or transfer follows the rules in your written fee details. Missed classes can be caught up through the recordings.
• Refunds go back to the account you paid from, usually within 7 working days.

Recordings and course material

Class recordings, worksheets and Practice Lab exercises are for your own learning while your access lasts. Please don't download, share, upload or sell them. Some exercises are based on the course books included in your fee and remain the property of their publishers.

Certificates and exams

Our certificates confirm that you completed a course with us. They are not official exam certificates. For an internationally recognised certificate you take an exam with a provider such as the Goethe-Institut, telc or ÖSD; we help you prepare for it, but nobody can guarantee a pass.

Being a good classmate

Be kind in class, in chats and in contests. We may remove anyone who harasses others, shares class links or material with outsiders, or misuses the website, and in that case no refund is due for the remaining classes.
